Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall develop and implement a trademark licensing program to assist the University in its efforts to effectively and cost efficiently accomplish marketing goals and grow or increase royalty revenues. 2. The Contractor shall license the use of the University’s indicia to include but not limited to designs, trademarks, service marks, logo graphics and symbols which have come to be associated with the University. 3. The Contractor shall enhance relationships with manufacturers and retailers of licensed goods. 4. The Contractor shall permit the use of the indicia only in connection with varied merchandise and promotions of the kind or character approved by the University and maintain the reputation of the indicia. 5. The Contractor shall secure control of the University’s identity and preserve the integrity, character and dignity of the University.
