WATA’s anticipated equipment needs are presented below: O&M Facility – Pocahontas Trail • Outfit 2 small conference rooms and one large conference room, which can split into 2 smaller units. • Outfit 2 common areas with TV screens, and 1 reception area with an information screen. • Public Announcement (PA) System including the following items: o PA System Patch Panel o Wall Mounted Speakers o Ceiling Mounted Speakers o Ambient Sensing Microphone; Transfer Center – Old Mooretown Road • Provide information screens for all 6 available bus bays, and interior waiting area. • Outfit 1 operator break area with TV screen. • Public Announcement (PA) System including the following items: o PA System Patch Panel o Wall mounted speakers o Ceiling mounted speakers o Ambient Sensing Microphone; Both Facilities • Software and centralized system for accessing/controlling various A/V Equipment
