Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Schedule meetings with the Virginia ABC project team to assess current process and understand the process and tasks to be performed. B. Establishment of timeline for project completion, including progressive milestones and associated dates (completed by November 4, 2019). C. Sourcing of data representing best practices and industry standards. D. On-going and open communications and periodic meetings to update and inform progress with the Virginia ABC project team. E. Preparation of a written report of recommendations, including discussion of methodology, analysis, techniques and data used to determine solution. F. Scheduling of a follow-up meeting with Virginia ABC to discuss the report and recommendations. G. Provision of one electronic version of the complete study findings and five (5) reports in print form. The report must include recommendations as well as any and all preliminary findings.
