Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall be experienced in the removal and disposal of snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, etc. B. All equipment that will be used shall be approved by the Orange County Department of Public Works (“Public Works”) prior to the commencement of work. Any equipment not approved shall not be allowed on the property. C. Any equipment that is used for snow and ice removal that has not been approved will result in a stoppage of work. D. All equipment operators assigned to each location shall be qualified to operate the approved equipment. E. Contractor shall provide walkway clearing and de-icing to establish a safe walking area for staff and citizens.
