Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor will provide adequate number of personnel, the mobile vehicle will have shredding capabilities mounted within and storage for such shredded paper. The cross cut size for security level must be between 5/8 in – 1 in. 2. Contractor personnel must be appropriately dressed, preferably with Vendors logo attire. Personnel must be well mannered and courteous when addressing the public. (County staff will be on -site to address any issues.) 3. Contractor will be required to finish shredding paper of all residents’ paper who are standing in line at 4:30 pm. 4. Contractor will provide copy of receipt for disposal of shredded paper to a recycling facility and the weight collected from each said event to the Project Officer no more than 1 week after such event.
