Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Make a complete and dated backup of all building and direct digital controllers which includes programs, current set points and parameters, and system graphics. Backup shall be on electronic media, such as a USB drivelarge enough to hold all files. Emergency backup cannot reside on the same workstation on which the stem is installed. The electronic copy shall be provided to the College, delivered to campus quarterly.2.On-site quarterly service shall be scheduled Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Contractor shall schedule visits for mid-month. Work shall not be scheduled on holidays. Work shall be rescheduled to the soonest date possible in the event of inclement weather, campus/college emergencies, or other instances that may necessitate closure3.Upon award of contract, Contractor shall provide the Campus representative or designee with a schedule indicating the tentative scheduled day for each quarterly visit.4.Contractor shall provide one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of the System Operations and Maintenance Manual within 30 days of contract award.5.Campus representative or designee will keep an on-going maintenance log of questions andproblems that shall be provided to the Contractor’s service technician upon arrival oncampus. Any system optimization ideas shall be discussed with the Contractor’s technician upon receiving the idea(s).
