Specifications include, but are not limited to:
Provide a completed Suffolk Public Schools School Attendance Zone Plan that will provide guidance for potential Suffolk Public Schools activities related to school attendance boundaries and other factors influencing efficient capacity utilization of facilities.;
Provide inspections of all facilities as specified and produce an accurate analysis that identifies visible and discernible components and elements requiring maintenance or other planned action. The facility conditions survey shall focus on the following system components:
Educational programming, Exterior Systems ( roofs, walls, window systems, doors), HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
