Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall dispose of all demolition debris in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all buildings, building foundations, debris, stairs, deck, and concrete/paved walkways and carport associated with the project, and as identified on the attached Demolition Plan. The semi-circular driveway shall remain. The basement of the building structure shall be removed and backfilled with VDOT approved backfill material. Any damage to areas not within the indicated Limits of Disturbance shall be repaired by the Contractor. The site shall be graded for positive drainage, seeded, and mulched. The contractor shall minimize land disturbance and only remove vegetation as needed to demolish the structures. All work shall be completed within forty-five (45) days of the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
