Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Roof Membrane and Insulation The current roof system in place is the Carlisle V2T system. The replacement materials shall match the existing to allow the SWVRJA to retain the current Carlisle warranty. 1. All work completed shall be in accordance with the repair and installation procedures specified by Carlisle and V2T. 2. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts and materials as necessary to complete the project. 3. The Contractor shall be an authorized installer for the Carlisle V2T system. 4. The repairs must be made in a manner that allows the SWVRJA to retain the current warranty on the damaged areas. 5. Remove and dispose of existing roof (EPDM and ISO insulation) down to concrete deck. 6. Install a .60 mil single-ply non-reinforced black EPDM membrane roof system according to manufacturer specifications. 7. Install ISO insulation to match existing ISO attached with low rise foam directly to concrete deck. 8. Install ISO insulation with a taper based on the current layout. 9. Complete all necessary flashing, waterproofing, and clean up daily. 10. Reuse existing gravel stop and lightning rod system. B. Joint Sealant 1. Joint sealant must be a high-performance, high-movement, singlecomponent, polyurethane sealant. Sealant should be Tremco Dymonic 100 or equivalent. The specifications and installation instructions are included as Attachment B. 2. All joints must be filled with a polyethylene backer rod (where applicable) prior to applying sealant. 3. All seams shall be sealed prior to installing the replacement insulation and membrane. 4. Installation shall be completed in accordance with the installation procedures specified by the sealant manufacturer.
