Specifications include, but are not limited to: All vending machines and related equipment shall be of a new or like-new quality, and should reflect the latest in technological innovation currently found in the vending machine industry. Such technological innovation shall include credit/debit card support, product delivery fault detection systems, etc. All machines shall be favorably comparable to first-class food, snack and beverage vending operations typically found in large public campus areas similar to Airports nationwide. The vending machines shall be reasonably uniform in appearance. All food, snack and cold beverage products to be sold through the Concession shall be of the highest quality typically found in comparable vending operations nationwide, and shall be brands currently enjoying wide national and local acceptance. The Concessionaire shall provide sufficient food, beverage and snack products to adequately serve Airport patrons at peak travel times, as determined by the sole judgment of the Commission. It will be the Concessionaire’s responsibility to plan for adequate supplies of products. All products sold shall be packaged with production date coding and visible expiration dates and replaced with fresh products as necessary. The Concessionaire shall check during every visit and remove all outdated product immediately.
