Specifications include, but are not limited to: monitor all applicable short-term rental websites operating in the City of Norfolk. This can include, but is not limited to, Airbnb, VRBO, Flipkey, Expedia, Trip Advisor, Craigslist, etc. ii. The Contractor must provide on-demand reports of all active short-term rental units located in Norfolk, including those that are registered and not registered, exportable as Excel and CSV files, providing the following information: 1. Property address 2. Parcel number 3. Compliance status 4. Contact information of Owner or Property Manager 5. Type of Property 6. Zoning of Property 7. Rental type (Homestay or Vacation Rental) 8. Listing URL 9. How long the property has been listed online ; 3. Rental type (Homestay or Vacation Rental) 4. Allows applicant to provide signature acknowledging their understanding of City requirements to operate short term rentals 5. Provides technical support for applicants 6. Allows Applicants to upload required documents 7. Allows City Staff to review and approve the use of short-term rental on the property 8. Allows City Staff to upload required documents for applicants to print 9. Generates an approval notifying the applicant that the property is eligible to operate and informing them of the next steps of the registration process .
