Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall: Provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, landfill fees and incidentals necessary for the compaction, collection and removal of refuse. Provide durable, water tight, rodent and insect resistant containers for the collection and storage of non-hazardous refuse. Provide one (1), 34 cubic yard self-contained compactor with dump attachments to be compatible with agency owned carts. The compactors shall have lockable loading doors and a hasp to accommodate a padlock. The Contractor shall provide a hydraulic pump for this compactor. The Agency will furnish electrical outlets for compactors. Provide one (1), open top metal containers. Dimensions shall be 6’ wide x 22’ length x 6’ height (30 cubic yard roll off container. Dispose of all refuse in a landfill that has been issued a landfill permit by the Department of Health and/or the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. The Contractor shall provide the agency with verification of landfill disposal tickets with each invoice submitted to the agency for payment.
