Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Participate in assistive technology evaluations as appropriate. b. Provide data and documentation reports of student's performance and complete assessments, if required by the student’s IEP. c. Prepare reports, present findings and interpret evaluation and assessment results regarding the impact of services provided. d. Participate in eligibility, IEP, 504 Plan, staffing, department and/or other meetings as appropriate or necessary. e. Provide the services at the student's home or an agreed upon location designated in the IEP. If the services are performed in the home, an adult, in addition to the Contractor, shall be present. f. Maintain and supply APS with copies of data reports and documentation of student's progress, on the schedule outlined in the IEP, at least quarterly. Copies of data and information collected will become a part of the student's educational record.
