Dozer, strip topsoil from designated area – grading. 2. Loader/Excavator – Load topsoil into dump truck and remove from premises. 3. Roll area – proof roll with Vibratory roller or fully loaded tandem axle dump truck with a 9–10-ton load. 4. Conduct a Certified Geo Tech compaction test ensuring the ground is solid, level and will not have sink holes – proof roll. Compaction shall be 92-95%. If choosing to compact with tandem dump with 9–10-ton load, it is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure compaction rate meets proper compaction requirements. No exceptions. 5. Haul in 200 tons of #21As crush & run gravel, spread and fine-grade. 6. Roll with smooth drum vibratory roller. If choosing to compact with tandem dump with 9-10 ton load, it is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure compaction rate meets requirements. No exceptions. 7. Haul in 1 (one), 15-ton truckload of #3 stone for drainage swale. Spread #3 stone for drainage of swale and cover with cover #3 stone with Geo fabric to prevent clogging or washing of drain area.
