The Vendor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to provide Produce(the “Project”) and all other work shown, described and required in the Agreement Documents (herein and after “the Work"). The Work shall be performed according to the standards established by the Agreement Documents read together as a single specification. It shall be the obligation of the Vendor to obtain clarification from the COTR concerning any questions about or conflicts in the specifications, drawings and construction notes in a timely way so as not to delay the progress of the Work. The Agreement Documents set forth the minimum Work estimated by ACPS and the Vendor to be necessary to complete the Work. It shall be the Vendor's responsibility, at solely the Vendor's cost, to provide sufficient services to fulfill the purposes of the Work. Nothing in the Agreement Documents shall be construed to limit the Vendor's responsibility to manage the details and execution of its Work
