Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Schoolshall provide monthly reports to the CSA office regarding the child’s participation and progress. 2. School shall provide IEP Progress reports towards the student’s annual goal to the parent and NPS concurrently with the issuance of the progress report cards and interim progress reports of children without disabilities. 3. Required reports will be maintained by the School and provided to the City upon request for the review and inspection. The City may request the raw data upon which the reports are based. 4. If progress is not being made or appropriately evidenced, NPS will schedule an IEP meeting. 5. On an annual basis, submit all required license renewals.
