Specifications include, but are not limited to: Participate in and lead (where appropriate) regularly scheduled project meetings with university and A/E representatives.Provide a value analysis and construction cost estimates utilizing design documents prepared by the A/E.Review design documents for constructability. Develop an integrated overall project schedule including design, design reviews, meetings, earlyconstruction packages, major construction, and turnover. Regularly update the project schedule and actively participate with the team in resolving scheduling issues.Select and engage key subcontractors (as approved by the university) to assist the A/E with the development and completion of the design documents.Prepare a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for construction.
