Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish and deliver regular and/or handicap portable toilets that shall remain on site at various public and parks facilities within the City of Hampton and to service the Parks Department mobile restroom trailers. The number of portable toilets needs can be a minimum of 15 units per city-wide sites or as many as 30 units per city-wide sites. During special events, extra units may be ordered for weekend use for such events as Christmas Parades downtown or at Coliseum Central, events at Mill Point Park, events at the beach, etc. More units will need to be rented during spring and summer due to sports programs. The Parks Department will not be responsible for vandalism to units. Pricing shall be all inclusive: transportation, delivery, pick up, set up, service and maintenance, etc. The cost must be stated as a monthly rental fee. Units will require twice weekly maintenance/service. Units must be aesthetically appropriate as the units will be in highly visible locations. If not acceptable by the department, units(s) must be picked up and replaced at no additional charge to the City. The mobile trailer restroom cleaning will be on an as-needed basis
