Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor: a. Shall utilize paved or gravel service roads for truck access, when possible. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to turf or park amenities incurred during the services process, if any. b. Shall provide all paper and hand-cleaning supplies for each unit. The weekly quantity should be defined on a per unit basis and additional supplies itemized as an option if requested. c. Shall not allow the site of work to become littered with waste materials when servicing the unit(s), but shall service the sites where the units are located in a neat and orderly manner throughout the period of service. The Contractor shall keep equipment and work area neat and clean and shall bear all responsibility for cleanup of any spills of fluids which occur at the site as a result of their work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for reporting any such leaks as mandated by Federal, State or Local laws. d. Shall service every unit every seven (7) calendar days including but not limited to: replenishing supplies, emptying, cleaning, etc. At heavily used sites more cleaning may be required at the discretion of the Owner. Contractor shall provide a fee for additional cleaning as specified on the Bid Form. Contractor shall respond within twenty-four (24) hours to calls for service if a unit needs to be serviced more frequently. Owner will utilize contact information provided on Bid Form for this purpose; awarded Contractor shall notify Owner immediately with new contact information should this person change. Service to sites shall be completed during normal operating hours which are specified on Exhibit A, Site Locations. If after Contractor’s cleaning, Owner inspect and feels that a unit has not been properly cleaned, Contractor shall correct any deficiencies within twenty-four (24) hours of notification at no additional cost to the Owner. e. Shall be responsible for returning the unit to a serviceable condition within twenty-four (24) hours of the Contractor receiving notification from the County, in the event that a unit is overturned. Contractor shall repair or replace any units damaged, moved, or considered unsightly by the Owner within twenty-four (24) hours after notification from the Owner, at no additional cost. f. Shall be responsible for all costs to maintain and repair all toilets, unless damage is caused by Owner. g. Shall clean and sanitize any spills or leaks on the ground at no cost to the Owner. Owner requires the Contractor to deduct any costs from the next billing period/invoice, incurred by Owner for cleanup of spills necessitated by the Contractor's failure to quickly and suitably do so. An accurate accounting for said costs will be sent to the Contractor at the time of payment from which the monies have been withheld.
