Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of this Scope of Work, SOW, is to update GIS planimetric and topographic data from color aerial imagery based on spring 2017 mission or newer imagery data source as available. The 2017 imagery was acquired under the contract provisions of the VGIN VBMP- 2017 Project, PWC has opted for 6" orthoimagery data upgrade and Base Topo DTM data. VGIN under their project will provide all necessary raw aerial imagery and ancillary data including, airborne GPS, ground control, digital AT solution data and reports together with 6" resolution orthoimagery and DTM. The VBMP 2017 project is based on aerial photography acquired using a Leica ADS 100 push broom camera. Airborne GPS data was acquired from a base reference network. All the VGIN data will be in NAD 83 horizontal and NAVD 88 vertical datum, respectively. Following data update tasks will be completed by the Contractor: • Quality review and, if necessary, improve all input data to ensure that all elements meet identified standards and quality which will meet or exceed the County GIS data accuracy standards and requirements. • Photogrammetric update of current and new planimetric features. • Photogrammetrically digitize the DTM comprised of Breaklines (BL), Breakpoints (BP), selected spot and mass points, to a density sufficient to support topographic representation by contouring at 2' contour interval. The County GIS database update project scope of work comprises planimetric and topographic database updates of the entire project area within the County boundary. The project and project area, planimetric and topographic features for the updates are subject to modifications based on the need and the budget at the discretion of the County. The work produced must be of high quality.
