Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Subcontractor will be required to visit the school site along with a Scott County Schools representative. 2. Subcontractor will be required to field measure windows, glass, roller shades and panels (which are to be replaced between 1st & 2nd floor windows) that are determined for replacement as directed by Scott County Schools representative. 3. Subcontractor will be required to provide scope pictures of school clearly marking what material will be replaced and exclude materials that will not be replaced. Subcontractor will be required to provide scope pictures along with bid documents for the school. 4. Subcontractor will be provided a bid specification for windows, glass and roller shades by Scott County Schools. Subcontractor's bid proposal to include all materials and installation for complete scope. 5. Subcontractor to include in bid price for shop drawings showing all products, details and floor plans for each school. First submittal shop drawings, final field and erection shop drawings. An electronic copy of final as-built drawings along with warranties will be required with final closeout documents. 6. Subcontractor will be required to coordinate all demo and installation along with demo contractor. 7. Subcontractor will be required each day to make sure the building is secure without incomplete openings. If openings are not complete, the subcontractor will be required to provide a temporary plywood closures for each unsecured area. 8. Subcontractor will use responsible care to protect customer's facilities, grounds and sidewalks from damage during the window replacement project. Existing damage found prior to the start of work will be photographed and noted to Scott County Schools for project records. If any damages are caused by subcontractor's equipment or personnel this will be promptly noted to Scott County Schools. 9. Subcontractor will be required to provide final cleaning of the interior and exterior of all windows, frames, glass, storefronts and doors. 10. Subcontractor will be responsible to clean up all work areas, interior and exterior, daily. Provide disposal of all materials.
