Specifications include, but are not limited to: NENA plans to issue a contract to a SELECTED VENDOR meeting the requirements of this RFP to build and operate the National PCA for a period of three (3) years, with two optional renewal periods of one (1) year each. The SELECTED VENDOR will serve as a CONTRACTOR to establish and operate the National PCA for the duration of the contract. The operation of the National PCA will be supervised by a National PCA Oversight Board created by NENA that will supply guidance and monitor compliance with contract terms. The CONTRACTOR will issue certificates to qualifying entities, renew such certificates as necessary and appropriate, revoke certificates when appropriate, provide Certificate Revocation List and Online Certificate Status services, and provide reports to NENA on its activities.
