Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work is generally described as the rehabilitation of the existing 90-foot diameter, 2,400,000 gallon steel “Penderwood No. 3 Water Storage Tank” which was fabricated and erected by Pitt-Des Moines, Inc. in 1976. General items of rehabilitation shall include complete cleaning, interior surface preparation, LIDAR scan of bottom of the tank, new coatings, repairs of failed structural interior framing, removal of interior ladder, and shell manway replacement. Exterior repairs shall be made to the tank including complete cleaning, exterior surface preparation, new coating, improvement of rigging attachment, replacement of the overflow piping, replacement of ladder, and installation of new tankmounted conduits. Dust containment shall be provided throughout all coating work.
