Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide for James Madison University, all materials, equipment, supervision, disposal and documentation necessary to provide fencing installation and repair services on an “as needed” basis. Contractor shall be experienced in both the installation and repair of all types of fencing such as aluminum, steel, barbed wire, chain link, guard rails, gates, vinyl, PVC, wood, wrought iron, etc. Contractor shall have welding experience to make necessary repairs and also be able to match existing fence materials previously installed. Contractor shall adhere to all concrete, installation, and dimension requirements set forth by the University and manufacturer’s instructions. Contractor shall return all disturbed areas to like or better condition whether they are grassed, landscaped, graveled, paved, concrete, or other. Contractor shall warrant work and supply written verification of warranty. Contractor shall have foreman / project manager on site during all work and shall be fluent in English. The University reserves the right to specify any and all types of materials and methods to be utilized.
