VSA desires to lease one Methane/LNG Flare Stack and one Knock-Out (Flash) Tank to support activities at its MARS Pad 0B location. The Bidder shall provide pricing for the lease of the following: A. One Methane/LNG Flare Stack and one Knock-out (Flash) Tank including associated connecting piping meeting the following requirements. i. Mean Molecular Weight = 16 lb/lb-mol ii. Lower Heating Value = 909 btu/scf iii. Pressure Avail. = 5.0 psig iv. Max flow, vapor = 1200 scfm v. Max flow, LNG = 3 gal/sec vi. All electrical shall meet Class 1, Division 1 requirements B. Flare Stack shall meet the following requirements: i. 40’ tall SS flare stack, trailer mounted, guy wire stabilized. Guy wires shall only connect to the trailer – no external support allowed. ii.
