Provide Medium Voltage Electrical testing services and maintenance. This includes but is not limited to the testing of medium voltage oil filled transformers, breakers, protective relays, feeder cable, etc. The contractor must be able to coordinate with HRSD staff to test equipment and provide test reports of the findings. If any anomalies are found after testing, the contractor must work with HRSD staff to devise a solution, provide cost estimate, and develop a plan of action. 1. Offeror must be located within a 100 mile radius of HRSD's Nansemond Treatment Plant, located at 6909 Armstead Road, Suffolk, VA 23435. The Offeror must have the ability to provide requested services at HRSD's eight (8) major treatment plants located within our North Shore, South Shore, and Eastern Shore service area. HRSD will not be splitting the award to multiple vendors based on service area. (See Attachment A – HRSD Service Area Map) 2. Offeror shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, parts, transportation, and incidentals required and/or implied necessary to perform all electrical equipment maintenance and testing activities in accordance with the latest InterNational Electrical Testing (NETA) and Maintenance Testing Standard (MTS). Electrical equipment requiring maintenance and testing by the Offeror includes but is not limited to transformers (oil filled and dry), switchgear, switchboards, medium voltage switches, circuit breakers, motor controllers and protective relays (Attachment D – Electrical Equipment Maintenance Intervals).
