Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Provide evaluations, analysis, recommendations, cost and time estimates, forensic analysis, reports, feasibility studies, preparation of schematic or preliminary designs, field inspections and investigations, and code compliance investigation for mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering projects. B.Provide complete contract documents for small project designs in accordance with the procedures of the A/E Manual for projects assigned by the Project Order. For instance, design/bid support of stand-alone mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects (e.g. air conditioning systems, chillers, boilers, water heaters, ventilation systems, HVAC/DDC controls, sanitary sewer, water distribution, fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, electrical distribution, emergency generators, lighting, etc.) C.Provide services to investigate problems and prepare recommendations for corrective action. D.Prepare feasibility studies for proposed projects. E. All contractually required engineering submittals to CNU and Department of Engineering and Buildings (DEB) shall be a work product at 100% quality and quantity in order to provide expeditious reviews. The engineering firm shall commit adequate resources to ensure that all milestones and deadlines included in the Engineering contract are met.
