Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Lynchburg is seeking qualified and interested firms to submit proposals for an enterprise-wide Learning and Performance Management System to electronically track approximately 1,400 employees. These systems will be used by all departments within the City and must be intuitive and user-friendly to minimize training requirements. The intent of the Learning Software is to offer course catalog, scheduling and registration platform that manages educational content for training purposes (i.e. videos & documents that were developed by a thirdparty provider). Leveraging an in-house learning avenue that targets developmental needs for personal and professional growth is essential. This software will complement the Performance software to help employees achieve goals and enhance skills. This will also provide a certification and reporting system for better tracking and achievement recognition.
