Specifications include, but are not limited to: B. The permitted use of the Site shall be for the construction and operation of one or two, aboveground, aviation fuel storage tank(s) to support the operations of a new or an existing Full Service Fixed Base Operator or to support a non-commercial self-fueling operation, that is or shall be approved and conducted in accordance with the Airport’s Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards. C. The size of the land leased from the Airport shall be a maximum of 2,500 square feet and shall include only that land that is necessary for the operation of one or two above-ground fuel storage tanks including piping, filtration systems, and storm water treatment facilities. The size of land required by the Bidder shall be included in the Bidder’s response. D. In addition to rent, the successful Bidder shall be required to pay to the Airport the Fuel Flow Fee as described in the Lease Agreement. E. Fuel storage tank(s) shall be a minimum size of 12,000 gallons (each) and shall occupy a maximum of 2,500 square feet of land and conform to the requirements described in Chapter 5 of the Airport Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards. The fuel tank storage facility shall be designed to contain spills in the loading area where trucks connect for the transfer of fuel. The truck loading area and travel lane shall be common use and not included in the leasehold. Containment area(s) shall be designed to meet all applicable regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, containment area control valves, oil-water separator(s), and drainage piping.
