Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.Empty trash receptacles, including shredders, in all rooms and remove the trash from the premises, there is nodumpster provided at the site. b.Affix new can liners to all trash receptacles, if soiled.c.Spot clean carpet, as needed d.Contractor will not be responsible for removal of staples from carpet. e.Clean, disinfect, andpolish drinking fountains.f.Damp mop hard surface floors, including edges and beneath furniture, to remove any spillage from soiled areas.Remove scuffmarks from all hard surface floors.g.Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs. h.Use an industry standard, high co-efficient disinfectant for proper sanitation.i.Clean and disinfect the twobathrooms, urine screen testing area, and kitchenette; wipe counters and sinks, damp mop floors after each cleaning, and clean areas around soap dispensers.j.Wipe towel cabinet covers and clean mirrors.
