Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall provide all cleaning supplies and toiletries, including but not limited to, disinfectant, brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, cleaning cloths, carpet cleaning machine, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash can liners, anti-bacterial hand soap and other equipment or supplies required to provide the services in the Scope of Work. **NOTE – The Probation & Parole Office does not have storage space for brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners, they will need to be brought in during each weekly cleaning and removed after each cleaning.** 2. The Contractor shall provide, floor buffer, other equipment and/or supplies, and all labor and supervision required to provide the services as detailed in the Scope of Work. 3. The Contractor shall provide a copy of the Scope of Work to all personnel assigned to provide the services in order to assure quality performance. 4. The Contractor or their designee shall meet with the Purchasing Agency’s Contract Administrator quarterly, at a minimum, to review the contract and any compliance issues. 5. The Contractor shall submit a proposed schedule for the quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services to be rendered, shall be presented to the Purchasing Agency’s Contract Administrator, Lisa Strawderman, for approval prior to commencement of any services. Any change to the agreed upon schedule shall be subject to approval by the Purchasing Agency’s Contract Administrator. B. CLEANING SCHEDULE: 1. One (1) time per week – Wednesday: a. Empty trash receptacles, including shredders, in all rooms and remove the trash from the premises, there is no dumpster provided at the site. b. Affix new can liners to all trash receptacles, if soiled. c. Spot clean carpet, as needed d. Contractor will not be responsible for removal of staples from carpet. e. Clean, disinfect, and polish drinking fountains. f. Damp mop hard surface floors, including edges and beneath furniture, to remove any spillage from soiled areas. Remove scuffmarks from all hard surface floors. g. Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs. h. Use an industry standard, high co-efficient disinfectant for proper sanitation. i. Clean and disinfect the two bathrooms, urine screen testing area, and kitchenette; wipe counters and sinks, damp mop floors after each cleaning, and clean areas around soap dispensers. j. Wipe towel cabinet covers and clean mirrors. k. Scour and sanitize all basins. Polish bright work. l. Toilets and urinals are to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized inside and out, with special care to be given to flush-holes, under rim of bowls and passage drains. Polish bright work. m. Dust and spot clean restroom partitions, top of mirrors and frames. n. Remove splash marks from walls around basins.
