We are seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services three (3) days a week, specifically on a recurring schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 5pm EST. The office building has approximately one thousand eight hundred (3,286) square feet. The cited square footage includes11 offices, 1 Conference Room, 3 restrooms and 1 kitchen/breakroom. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Level of Service: The Contractor shall provide a level of cleaning for each area that is at least equal to standards defined by the Building Service Contractors Association (BSCA) for adequate cleaning. Adequate shall be defined as a cleaning standard that will provide neither serious nor repeated criticism. Public Areas (those used by outside visitors, Reception and Waiting areas, Conference Room(s), and restrooms) shall be cleaned to prestige level.
