Specifications include, but are not limited to: B. The County must have a minimum of 6Gbps dedicated, symmetrical bandwidth. C. The solution must be scalable to 10 Gbps, with the option to scale up to 40GB in future years. D. The County requires 2 Class C licenses. E. All terminating equipment on district premises is to be Contractor owned and managed. Solutions requiring the purchase of additional equipment to be owned and managed by the County will not be considered. F. The Contractor shall provide redundancy in the event of a failure/outage in their NOC or fiber. G. If an increase in bandwidth is requested during the contract period, the contract does not renew; the existing agreement may be modified to allow the change. H. All solutions must adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms in Section 2.3.
