Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services required may include, but are not limited to: architectural design;new urbanism planning;site and development planning;structural/mechanical/electrical/civil engineering;landscape architectural;green/energy efficient and utility conservation reviewand design; compliance inspections;EPA lead and asbestos testing with risk assessments;environmental reviews and/or environmental assessments;and other related services required for completion ofwork items. Furthermore, the scope of these services will include,but not be limited to:preliminary design work;engineering services; residential single-family home plan modification; development of design and construction documents;cost estimates and analysis;bid proposalsevaluations;product/material submittal reviews, contract administration;site visits;conductmeetings;construction summary observations;physical property assessments; discrepancy/deficiency reports;as built drawings;attendance and presentation at RAB meetings, plan approvals, working with the City of Hampton’s Codes and Compliance and PublicWorks or other City officials as needed, and warranty documentation.
