Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Performance of all work as described in the contract documents for the construction of a new 7.81 MGD wet well/dry-pit sewage pump station. • Furnish, installation and startup of all pump station equipment, including but not limited to; sewage pumps, grinder systems, carbon odor control, bioxide odor control, mechanical systems and generator. • Maintaining service of existing pump station throughout duration of construction. • Demolition of existing pump station structure and appurtenances after the startup of the new sewage pump station. • Site improvements, including but not limited to paving, grading, fencing and landscaping. • Other sanitary sewer appurtenances of the Heritage Hunt Sewage Pumping Station.
