Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall furnish preventative maintenance service for HVAC-related equipment and supplies (including all necessary parts, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and permits, if applicable) and "on-call" repair services on all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. Preventive maintenance shall include all adjustments and servicing required, maintaining systems and ensuring equipment is in good operating condition, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and Attachment D, titled "General Equipment Preventive Maintenance Guidelines". The Contractor shall deliver to Virginia ABC all copies of warranty certificates, maintenance manuals, and other pertinent data as it relates to replaced parts and equipment. Travel charges of up to one (1) hour to the job site will be allowed for service call or preventive maintenance. Travel shall be paid in increments of fifteen (15) minutes. If Contractor needs to return to the location to repair or PM a location due to the fault of the Contractor, then travel will not be paid. Materials shall be provided at the Contractor’s actual invoiced cost. Cost plus charges is not allowed. A copy of the actual invoice must be provided or if truck stock indicate that on the invoice.
