Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contract includes annual inspection, and maintenance to have all bleachers, basketball backstops and gym divider curtains: a) In proper working order. b) Within standards that render them safe for continued use. c) Safety certifiable according to the equipment manufactures’ requirements. 2. Contractor shall schedule all work as requested by NNPS Plant Service. Work hours shall be 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. During the course of the work the schools shall remain operational. 3. Contractor shall respond to installation and maintenance calls within 24 hours. Schedules will be arranged at NNPS’s convenience to accommodate school schedules and shall coordinate activities so as not to disrupt the school day. Prior to inspection or maintenance contractor will meet with NNPS representative to review the scope of work.
