The programming offered must be safe and effective for all ages and fitness levels and provide modifications and options in order to include all users of the facility. The provider chosen must be able to offer music that does not contain explicit language and that meets an appropriate beats per minute for the choreography. Music choice should take into consideration all ages and preferences. Accessible and appropriate in-person trainings must be available in order to train and certify group fitness instructors. The provider should offer continuing education opportunities, online and/or in person, that allow instructors to maintain their fitness certifications and which allows them the ability to stay current with industry trends. Plus, provides education materials explaining choreography, why specific choreography has been chosen, and simple, effective descriptions in order to explain appropriately to customers. Marketing materials are provided in a variety of formats i.e. images, videos, and posters. Trainings and support are provided to maximize recruitment efforts and retention. In addition, provider offers a dedicated person that is available to answer questions regarding programming, marketing, customer service solutions, and more. Group fitness content should be tested in a realistic and comparable environment to that of which it will ultimately be released in order to provide proven data on the effectiveness and enjoyment of the workout and experience.
