Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall schedule and plan the project with the Parks, Recreation and Tourism (PR&T) Representative, Monica Christiansen to provide the least disruption to the flow of customers and commerce for the complex. B. Contractor shall post signage advising “courts are under construction and are closed”, and rope off any open entrances to the courts. Barricades and perimeter flagging shall be placed around all areas where work is being performed. C. Automobile and pedestrian access to the complex shall be maintained at all times. D. All applicable safety construction standards must be followed. All products used during this process must be used and applied in accordance to the manufactures specifications and must be approved by the City of Chesapeake Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department. E. Contractor shall contact “Miss Utility” to survey the work site for any underground utilities prior to the start of the project.
