Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.The Contractor shall provide qualified assessors. The Contractor shall furnish to the City for acceptance or rejection a list of all persons to be employed. The City may require the Contractor to remove from the project any person the City considers unqualified or negligent in the performance of his/her duties, or who is guilty of misconduct; and such person shall not be employed on the project again without the City’s written consent. 2.The Contractor shall assume all transportation and travel expenses for his/her employees and supply all field equipment (i.e., tapes, roto-rules, etc.). The Contractor shall assess and prepare for computer entry all parcels in the City. A parcel is defined as each line used on the Land Book. 3.The Contractor shall provide all data processing equipment and standard office productivity software. The City will provide access to the City GIS and the computer-assisted mass appraisal systems. All photos taken during the reassessment shall to be added to the City’s then current database of property photos by the contractor. All photos shall be merged with the established image naming convention with most recent photos first, when a record is queried. The Contractor shall coordinate with the City’s Information Technology Department concerning the geographic information system (GIS), and Pictometry technology.
