VCSB was fully-insured until January 1, 2017. VCSB has a $100,O00 specific stop-loss and 125%o aggregate stop-loss. There is a vision exam embedded in the medical plan. Third party stop loss proposals are not being requested. Each medical carrier that responds to this RFP is required to provide up to $15,000 every other year for VCSB to use towards 3.a party claim audit. Please incorporate wellness dollars in your proposal for VCSB to utilize each year at their discretion.
