Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor (as a company) shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and all necessary tools of trade to provide parts and perform services to include but not limited to the following: 1. Furnish all supplies and equipment at time of service. 2. Inspect and test fourteen (14) spill buckets for leak detection. 3. Saw cut and break out concrete around existing spill bucket after estimate is approved 4. Remove failed spill bucket and install new single wall spill bucket 5. Hydrostatic test new spill bucket. 6. Replace concrete and finish to existing grade. 7. Reusing existing 4" riser. If existing riser is not acceptable, excavation to tank top will be necessary at which time work will stop until an estimate is approved 8. Currently the City requires ten (10) single wall spill containment bucket replacement, other repairs or replacements will be determined as needed throughout the life of the resulting contract. a. One (1) unleaded at Station 12, b. One (1) unleaded at Station 2, c. Two (2) at Bowers Hill, d. Once (1) diesel at City hall, e. One (1) diesel at Station 7 f. Four (4) at City Garage fuel site.
