Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assist with development, design, and implementation for all existing flexible spending plans and any new flexible spending plan that may be needed (e.g. limited purpose health care FSA) • Review, process, validate and adjudicate claims for all implemented FSA programs • Accept funds from payroll deductions and accurately distribute funds to user accounts • Provide timely and accurate reimbursement of claims to users • Administer a 90-day run out period to submit incurred expenses for the recently ended plan year • Manage, oversee and reconcile all FSA program bank account(s) • Provide overall program accounting (year-end reconciliation) • Maintain an employer portal or FTP site for file uploads of enrollment and payroll files • Provide error reports on a biweekly basis to reconcile interface file information.
