SCOPE OF WORK – CITY OF LYNCHBURG: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and tools necessary for rodent and pest control and exterminating services for the City of Lynchburg. The contractor shall be duly licensed by the State and Local Health Authorities and shall strictly conform to all Federal, State, Local, and OSHA requirements and all exiting E.P.A. labeling and the use requirements under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide. SCOPE OF WORK: LYNCHBURG CITY SCHOOLS; All Contractors must be in compliance with Virginia Code 22.1-132.2 INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT ON SCHOOL PROPERTY and THE VIRGINIA PESTICIDE CONTROL ACT (3.2-3900-3947) and REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO THE ACT (2VAC5-685-10 through 2VAC5-685-210)
