Contractor shall: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, travel and incidentals to: 1. Acid etch the floors and 30 inches up the walls to have a clean surface. Power wash and remove all residue. 2. Prime and skim coat the kennel floors to minimize the ponding pockets in the floor with a leveling compound. 3. Caulk the cracks in all epoxy areas. 4. Apply primer prior to all epoxy surfaces. 5. Apply two (2) coats of epoxy, color to be gray. 6. Apply anti-slip aggregate to the epoxy coated floor areas. 7. Cleanup and properly dispose of all trash. Approximate kennel dimensions: Building 1: 40 feet 10 inches – length 20 feet 10 inches – width Building 2: 40 feet 10 inches – length 20 feet – width Each individual kennel: 14 feet – long 6 feet - wide
