Specifications include, but are not limited to: )Contractor shall provide secure and confidential destruction of City identified documents on an on-going scheduled and on an as-needed basis. b) Destruction of documents shall be provided off site for each location served, except for the Police Department. The Police Department requires destruction of documents to be provided on site on a consistent schedule. City departments shall reserve the right to require on site or off site destruction as needed. c) Contractor shall have and maintain a consistent pick up schedule for all departments and locations. For departments with secured facilities, Contractor may be required to call the department when in route. d) Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, containers, equipment and supervision necessary to collect and shred the materials from the designated locations.
