Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Project Management The Contractorprovide the following project management tasks: 1.Provide overall project management and coordination with the City and all subcontractors to facilitate efficient progress and timely completion of tasks; 2.Provide a monthly progress report to accompany each monthly invoice. The invoice progress report shall summarize the work effort expended over the invoice period; 3.Provide an initial project schedule for presentation at the kickoff meeting. The schedule should be organized according to the overall work breakdown structure and this scope of work. The schedule shall be revised and updated, as required, and be the foundation for establishing project milestones; and 4.Prepare all meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting minutes for each remote or in-person meeting with the City.
