All freight/shipping/delivery charges must be included in the unit line-item price and be shipped FOB Destination. 4. The Agency shall be notified 48 hours prior to delivery. Notifications shall be made to the contact listed on the purchase order. 5. New Vehicle Preparation: The contractor shall deliver the vehicle ready for use with all parts working correctly. Vehicle Publications, Forms and Documents: (a) The contractor shall furnish one (1) copy each of the following per vehicle: (i) New Vehicle Warranty Information Manual (ii) New Vehicle Owner’s Manual in paper format (iii) Manufacturer’s Statement of Origin (MSO) B.
