Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. At the onset of this phase, the Contractor shall conduct a kick off meeting with the City to establish team responsibilities, methods of approval, project procedures and schedule requirements. B. The contractor shall tour the site and all the courthouse facilities and review existing standards and operational aspects that may affect the proposed solutions C. The contractor shall review and update existing plans (Attachment J-10) to reflect existing conditions. The contractor shall review VFA requirements to ensure items still need to be performed D. The Contractor shall conduct interviews with designated personnel from each of the tenants to obtain information regarding space usage, projected growth or organizational changes that could impact the master plan development.
