Specifications include, but are not limited to: Old Bermuda Hundred Road Improvements involves the reconstruction and roadway widening of 0.40 miles of roadway with paved shoulders and 0.42 miles of roadway with curb & gutter and enclosed storm drainage. The improvements are divided into two segments C-501 and C-502 separated by an approximate one mile segment to be constructed in the future. The C-501 segment begins 0.26 miles west of the intersection with Permilla Springs Drive and ends 0.17 miles east of the intersection with Permilla Springs Drive. The C-502 segment begins 0.19 miles west of the intersection with Golf Course Road and ends 0.39 miles east of the intersection with Golf Course Road. The work will include clearing, grading, asphalt paving, milling and overlaying of pavement, curb and gutter, enclosed and open storm drainage systems, erosion & sediment control, stormwater management facilities, maintenance of traffic, pavement markings, adjustment of utilities, water line relocation and other items necessary for the completion of the work.
